Sadie Adams - Dietary Supervisor
The most important thing Sadie strives for is being dedicated to make our residents dining experience the best it can be. Sadie assist in writing menus, ordering food and supplies. She is aware of what diet all residents are on and of any changes that need to be made.
Vanessa Ashenfelter - Social Service Designee/LPN
Vanessa serves as coordinator of resident admissisons and discharges. She schedules doctors appointments, transportation and care plans. Vanessa is well trained in handling Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance issues. Vanessa also serves as resident advocate.
Connie Vitt - MDS Coordinator/RN
Connie does the assessments on all admits so we can assist in their daily care. These assessments are used for Medicare reimbursment and State Surveys. All info is published on the Nursing Home Compare 5-Star rating of Nursing Homes. Connie works closely with the Care Plan Coordinator to individualize and allow our staff to take care of our residents.
Pam Fox - Care Plan Coordinator/RN
Pam customizes care plans to fit each residents needs. The "one size fits all" approach doesn't work for each resident. We have incorporated the "I" care plan where each resident is interview of their wants and needs along with a little personal history. Pam then incorporates that into their daily care.
Jon Groves - Building & Grounds Supervisor
Jon supervises the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services at Monroe Manor. Jon is keeping things in order to keep our residents feeling safe, comfortable and worry free. He also works on the many day-to-day projocts that go on in the home.
Debbie Miller - Activity Director
Debbie coordinates and assists with all areas of our resident activities program. She plans and provides activities to help meet social, spiritual, psychological, and physical needs of all residents. Debbie also assists in maintaining a cheerful home like atmosphere.
